After the iPhone 12 now it’s the time for a new iPhone lineup named iPhone 13 series in 2021. Next, iPhone will retain the same design as iPhone 12; however, there are some changes in the new lineup. The main difference between the two phones will be the thickness.

According to the reports of the Japanese website MacOtakara, iPhone 13 thickness will be 0.26mm, and this increase in thickness is maybe due to enlarged battery size or some changes in back camera set-up.

The thickness of the camera bump of the iPhone 13 will be exactly the same as that of the iPhone 12, but there is a big change in the notch at the top of the screen which has been reduced. So, overall there will be a slight change in the appearance of the new iPhone 13 series.

The upcoming series of iPhone will be provided with LTPO OLED displays, which are more efficient than LTPS displays. It means that iPhone 13 Pro will now be supplied with a 120Hz refresh rate which will allow the display to run with less battery usage. But its predecessor will continue using the 60 Hz refresh rate for another year.

LTPO OLED displays are provided for the new iPhone 13 lineup by Samsung.

The iPhone 13 will now offer better zoom capacity, as it will be equipped with a periscope camera with the help of which larger zoom can be attained without a larger camera bump. iPhone13 Pro and Pro max models will be provided with Lidar(Light detection and ranging) feature. This will allow the camera to measure light distance with the help of lasers and take pictures of high quality.

Apple will introduce a feature of glass sapphire for covering the lenses and giving them a uniform design.
